These Terms apply to the Elite Chair booking web app and website pages that link to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

“Elite Chair”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to the Elite Chair barbershop and its booking web application. “You” refers to the customer using the app.
2. Using the booking service
- You must provide accurate contact details so we can confirm or contact you about your appointment.
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
- We may refuse bookings or restrict access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or abuse.
3. Appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce service time or require rescheduling.
- If you cannot attend, cancel or reschedule as early as possible so the slot can be released.
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
4. Pricing and payments
- Prices shown in the app are set by Elite Chair and may change from time to time.
- Where deposits or prepayments are used, you will see this clearly during checkout.
- Refunds (if applicable) depend on the cancellation timing and the type of booking.
5. Promotions and vouchers
Promotions may have specific rules (expiry dates, limited availability, one per customer). We may withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the app, scrape data, or reverse engineer any part of it.
- Do not upload harmful content or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Changes to the service
We may update features, availability, or these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
8. Liability
We provide the app on an “as available” basis. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
